10,000 Friends of Pennsylvania, a statewide land use organization, today announced the election of three new members to its board of directors.

Joining the board are Dr. JoAnne Boyle, president of Seton Hill University in Westmoreland County; Thomas B. Hagen, chairman of Custom Group Industries in Erie; and Christophe P. Terlizzi, executive vice president of Citizens Bank in Philadelphia.
