The building also includes personal bike storage for resident cyclists. The project is a unique combination of historic preservation and environmental efficiency and meets both the – Secretary of the Interior Standards for historic preservation and is LEED Gold accredited.

The Century Building was also the receipient of the PNC Bank Opportunity for All Award for affordable housing.
