Eagleview broke new ground in Pennsylvania, with innovative planning and design techniques that required new zoning – higher density, smaller lots sizes, the use of alleys, and a wide range of housing types and price levels.  It reflects the evolution of thinking for a major development company and represents a transition towards responsible development in the Commonwealth.
