Edgewater at Oakmont is a redevelopment of a 34 acre urban riverfront brownfield.  The project is a traditional neighborhood development with residential flats, condominiums, townhouses, and single family homes.  The development will seamlessly connect to the adjacent residential neighborhood, and reflect the traditional architecture in the area.  Although predominately residential in nature, the project also incorporates neighborhood retail/commercial elements and substantial quality recreational opportunities including a riverfront park.
