Lantern Hill is traditional neighborhood development of a former brownfield site, just six blocks from the heart of Doylestown Borough. The builder/developer worked with local officials and the community for over three years to develop the zoning and finalize a plan for a mix of housing, office and retail space, green areas and walking paths.
