The new Logos Academy opened in August 2010 and is located at 250 West King Street in downtown York, Pennsylvania. The project is located on an urban brownfield site, sharing its western border with the historic downtown Newton Square neighborhood (approximately 10 single-family town homes per acre).

To the east is the Codorus River. The property is composed of several parcels totaling 2.6 acres, zoned for Commercial Waterfront to the east, and Residential to the west. Logos Academy replaces a light manufacturing facility which had been vacant for several years. Most of the connected buildings were in poor condition and structurally unsound, and the property, devoid of vegetation and surrounded by chain link fence, had become an eyesore.

The new project building is a 41,950 square foot 2-story structure, designed to accommodate a private, non-profit, faith-based school, including Kindergarten through 8th grade students. The design includes 19 classrooms, administrative areas, a full-service kitchen and cafeteria, and an auditorium.
