"It's time for a new way to fund public education, state Sen. Dave Argall said Monday during press conferences in Port Clinton and Harrisburg.

Argall, R-29, said he spoke out Monday on the issue because the Pennsylvania School Boards Association recently celebrated 175 years of public education in the commonwealth.
