The Center for Metropolitan Studies at University of Pittsburgh's Graduate School of Public and International Affairs (GSPIA) has announced their speaker for the next Wherrett Lecture for March 22, 2013.
The speaker will be Dr. Beverly Cigler from Penn State Harrisburg, who will be presenting on "Trends Affecting Local Governance." Please see the flyer below for details.
