Joint Planning is a Step Forward, Washington Observer-Reporter

"Earlier this year, five townships in northwestern Greene County agreed to join together to develop a multi-municipal comprehensive plan.   The townships of Morris, Richhill, Center, Gray and Washington, advertised an intention to adopt an ordinance providing for an agreement of intergovernmental cooperation for that purpose.   In today's economy, with money becoming tighter and want of services becoming greater, this approach to community improvement is a no-brainer."  For the rest of this editorial, please click here.
