Yesterday, 10,000 Friends President Judy Schwank joined other advocates at the state capitol to draw attention to budget cuts for Pennsylvania's state parks and an expansion of leasing land for gas drilling in state forests that has been proposed in the current budget negotiations.  Judy's comments highlighted the benefit of state parks and forests to communities around Pennsylvania.
