Panel warns of tightened funding's impact on small communities, Citizen Voice

"Shuttered businesses, high taxes, a pension crisis, stretched local resources - the image drawn during a panel discussion at WVIA-TV Monday night was somber. But it's headed this way if patterns in other suburban areas hold true locally.

"We're all going to be there one day," panelist Ray Angeli, president of Lackawanna College, said.
