Traymore at Rose Valley

Traymore is a new development nestled into an historic 26 acre estate in the borough of Rose Valley. Through a cluster development design, the mature trees on the site were preserved, and the new buildings were designed in the arts and crafts style common in the borough's existing architecture. Many developers across Pennsylvania have been stonewalled by municipalities when they have proposed cluster developments such as this. However, in this case, the borough of Rose Valley, the Natural Lands Trust, and the developer worked together to bring attractive new housing to the community while preserving valuable green space. Traymore is a testament to what can be achieved when developers, municipalities, and nonprofit partners work together
